Spanish Enrollers provides on-site, professional, licensed enrollers to assist agents, brokers and HR Managers with the process of presenting, explaining and enrolling Spanish and/or English speaking employees. Under any circumstances Spanish Enrollers cannot assume responsibility for applications, master applications or checks. These items must be collected and processed by the company representative, agent or broker. |
Spanish Enrollers does not carry any materials, benefits hand-out packages or spare applications for employees. All documentation is to be provided by the agent or HR manager. |
Spanish Enrollers makes every possible attempt to collect all pertinent information and signatures on each application. Omissions or uncollectable information from the employees that we are aware of will be brought to the attention of the company representative. Spanish Enrollers assumes no liability for any omission once the enroller leaves the client site. |
Spanish Enrollers is hired primarily by General Agents, Insurance Companies and Brokers. When acting in this capacity we do not hand out business cards or personal contact information unless authorized to do so by our direct client. |
Spanish Enrollers has a strict confidentiality policy and does not take personal information, company rosters or benefits materials from the meeting site. |
Spanish Enrollers assumes no liability for incomplete or inaccurate information regarding all the benefits being offered, contributions, effective date, or any other aspect of the enrollment process. It is the sole responsibility of the agent or broker to provide the enroller with a full, comprehensive package in sufficient time that they can review it in advance of the meeting. |

Spanish Enrollers operates using standard hourly rates that apply to all clients, government and non-government entities and does not offer individual contracts or special pricing arrangements. In cases where Spanish Enrollers is requested for unusual or non-customary services or the client wishes to offer an exclusive, high volume contract these will be considered on an individual basis. |
Spanish Enrollers is based in Southern California and has an approximate local coverage area within Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties. A three hour minimum charge applies to all local bookings. Local is defined as up to 160 miles, round trip driving distance from the enrollers starting point. Spanish Enrollers does not charge for driving time only mileage at the standard Federal rate within the local area. |
Time is counted from the start of the scheduled meeting or the scheduled arrival time regardless of the actual start time of the meeting unless the delay was caused by the enroller. |
Split shift bookings are charged at the 3 hour minimum per each meeting plus the number of round trips driven by the enroller if they leave and return. If the enroller does not leave between meetings then time is counted starting from the first scheduled meeting through the last meeting including idle time between meetings. Bilingual enrollments are charged at a higher rate than Spanish only. |

Cancellations must me made 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged at a rate of two hours. Spanish Enrollers, at our sole discretion, may waive this fee or reduce it, if we fill the same time slot with another client. |
Local bookings must be approved in writing by an authorized party via email or other method before an enroller can be booked and confirmed for the time slot. |
Non-local bookings are scheduled on a quotation basis only. The quote must be approved in writing by an authorized party via email or other method before an enroller can be booked and confirmed for the time slot. |
Spanish Enrollers reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to charge for hotel stays when a meeting is scheduled before 6:00 AM or after 10 PM. |
Non-local bookings involving overnight stays and/or air travel may have hourly or daily (8hours) charges associated with the quote though no meetings were scheduled for that particular day. These types of bookings are quoted on a case by case basis. |
