On-Site Enrollment Presentation
If you cancel a request in advance for the services of an Enroller or Bilingual Marketing representative, and cancelled the day before the presentation day without rescheduling, there will be a charge of 25% of the service's hourly cost.

Short Notice Service Cancellation.
If you cancel the services of an Enroller or a Bilingual marketing representative who is on their way to, or has already arrived at your company's location, there will be a minimum charge for one hour of service.
